As a System Engineer supporting Southeast Asia (SEA) Sales, you will play apivotal role in designing tailored surveillance solutions, delivering technicalconsultations, and empower partners across the region.
You will collaborateclosely with sales teams, distributors, and end-users to ensure the successfuldeployment and adoption of i-PRO technologies.
1. Solution Design & Proposal
- Design customized CCTVsolutions tailored to industry-specific requirements across SEA markets.
- Proposed Cameras, NVRs, Storagesystems, and network architecture based on customer needs.
- Prepare detailed systemarchitecture diagrams, Bills of Materials (BOM), and solution proposals.
2. Product Demonstrations & Proofof Concept (POC)
- Conduct live or virtual productdemonstrations highlighting key features such as AI analytics, edge processing,and third-party integrations.
- Deploy and manage POC systemsat customer sites to validate performance and suitability.
3. Technical Consultation &Post-Sale Support
- Provide technical consultationduring pre-sales engagements and post-sales support.
- Assist with VMS integration,troubleshooting, and configuration to ensure seamless operation.
- Support the deployment of EdgeAI applications and partner-developed solutions.
4. Tender & Specification Support
- Collaborate with sales teamsand channel partners to prepare technical documentation for tenders.
- Work with consultants andspecifiers to position i-PRO solutions in project specifications
5. Training & Partner Enablement
- Deliver technical andsolution-focused training to partners, distributors, and internal teams across SEA.
- Conduct workshops and webinarsto strengthen product knowledge and solution-selling capabilities.
6. Regional Collaboration & Travel
- Partner closely with countrysales managers to drive regional success.
- Travel across SoutheastAsia for partner visits, site surveys, training sessions, and POC deployments
