Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to optimize supply chain processes and improve operational efficiency.
Develop and maintain data dashboards and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) to monitor key supply chain and inventory KPIs.
Utilize Python, VBA, and Excel for data automation, predictive analysis, and reporting tasks.
Support forecasting and inventory management using SAP MRP modules (MB51, MB52, MMBE).
Conduct root cause analysis and continuous process improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing tools (kaizen, value stream mapping, fishbone analysis, pareto charts, etc.).
Perform statistical quality controls (SQC), statistical process controls (SPC), control charts, reliability tests, and design of experiments (DoE) to enhance quality assurance programs.
Apply design thinking principles to conceptualize and prototype new tools or process improvements.
Ensure compliance with cGMP standards and regulatory requirements in all supply chain and quality activities.
Participate in risk management activities to mitigate operational and supply chain risks.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, or a related field.
Strong interest and proven capability in systems optimization and data-driven decision-making.
Proficiency in Python, Excel VBA programming, Power BI, and data analytics techniques.
Familiarity with SAP MRP modules and experience in logistics planning, inventory forecasting, and material management.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing methodologies and tools.
Understanding of statistical quality control techniques and their application in real-world settings.
Hands-on experience in a cGMP-regulated environment is highly desirable.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and innovative mindset (design thinking exposure a plus).
Self-starter with a growth mindset and the ability to learn new tools and technologies independently.
