We are hiring an experienced System Engineer with deep expertise in Cards & Payments technology to support mission-critical enterprise environments.
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end environment support and release management across SIT, UAT, and Production assurance stages.
- Linux/Unix administration, patch management, and SSL certificate renewals.
- Incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and rapid troubleshooting of database (Oracle/PostgreSQL) and middleware issues.
- Monitoring infrastructure via Geneos and Splunk; writing automation scripts in Python, Java, and Shell.
Candidate Profile:
- Degree in IT/Computer Science/Engineering.
- 6 to 12 years of core IT experience in application support or system administration within the banking/financial sector.
- Prior exposure to card processing platforms (VisionPLUS, Cardlink) preferred.
- Hands-on expertise in RHEL, SQL troubleshooting, and scripting.
