System Engineer (Automation & DevOps)

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain ICT infrastructure with a focus on automation and DevOps practices
• Ensure system stability, security, and performance across environments
• Support DevOps operations, including CI/CD, system integration, and deployments
• Develop and manage automation using Ansible and scripting tools
• Manage servers, storage, virtualization, and networking infrastructure
• Perform system upgrades, patching, hardening, and security configurations
• Administer backup and disaster recovery solutions
• Collaborate with application and DevOps teams for deployment and release activities

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in system engineering, infrastructure, or DevOps
• Knowledge or experience in DevOps operations and automation
• Experience with Ansible is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of ICT infrastructure and system support
• Experience in at least few areas:
• Azure Stack Hub (VM, networking, storage)
• Windows Server (AD, GPO, clustering, patching)
• Microsoft SQL Server
• Linux / Ubuntu
• Commvault (backup)
• Network & security
• System security (SSL, hardening)
• Scripting knowledge (Bash, PowerShell, Python) is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team
