System Engineer

Role Overview

Support operations for mission-critical systems in an environment. Responsibilities span incident management, CI/CD pipeline maintenance, container operations, and deployment support.

Key Responsibilities

• Incident investigation, RCA, and resolution
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (SAST, image scanning, deployment automation)
• Deploy and manage containerized apps (Docker, Podman, Kubernetes)
• Linux/Windows server administration and patching
• Configure monitoring dashboards and alerts
• Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and deployment documentation
• Support DR, rollback, and post-deployment verification
• Standby and after-hours support when required
