Responsibilities
- Coordinate subsystem requirements to ensure interoperability and seamless system integration
- Collaborate with System Architects, Technical Managers, and users to design and integrate simulator systems that accurately represent real-world systems and operational procedures
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues across hardware, middleware, and IT layers to maintain system functionality and reliability
- Track and control changes to simulator systems to maintain consistency and system integrity
- Gather system requirements and prepare detailed diagrams to support design and development processes
- Update system documents and plans to reflect current configurations and project progress
- Document functional and technical requirements to guide development and testing activities
- Support system integration and testing activities to validate system performance and compliance
- Participate actively in project planning meetings to align technical efforts with project goals and timelines
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical/electronics, software, computer) or computer science
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in systems engineering or related technical roles
