Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated System & Business Integration Analyst to join our team and support the design, configuration, and deployment of enterprise systems, with a focus on NetSuite. This role bridges business requirements with technical execution, ensuring seamless integration across processes, teams, and platforms. The ideal candidate will assist in gathering requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis, supporting testing, training users, and resolving system issues to enable efficient and optimized business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, configuration, and implementation of enterprise systems, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and propose effective system solutions.
- Support system testing, issue resolution, and user training to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate workflows and processes across departments.
- Help maintain system documentation, process maps, and training materials.
- Monitor and escalate project risks or system issues, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
- Support automation initiatives to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, managing tasks effectively and driving results.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in systems analysis, business process integration, or ERP implementation (NetSuite experience is a plus).
- Basic understanding of enterprise applications and system integration principles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, working both independently and in a team environment.
