Job Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Translate business and product vision into system and technical requirements
- Drive the end-to-end requirements lifecycle, from high-level design to detailed specifications
- Design scalable, resilient, and secure system architectures
- Validate technical feasibility of user requirements
- Support UAT and post-implementation activities
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, developers, and infrastructure teams to resolve issues and deliver quality solutions
- Strong understanding of Consumer Banking systems, including Retail Banking, Cards, Payments, ATMs, and Internet/Mobile Banking
Job Skills & Requirements:
- 8+ years of IT experience
- 1+ year driving system/technical requirements
- Proficient in coding, design patterns, CI/CD, testing strategies, version control, and polyglot development
- Strong focus on security, monitoring, and system reliability
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
