System Analyst

Responsibility:

• . Review the analysis of business requirements and IT solutions specifications and help the team in developing a detailed plan
• . Execute a range of process activities beginning with the request for proposal, to development, test and final delivery
• . Responsible for project deliverables, with an emphasis on quality, productivity, and consistency
• . Conduct timely project reviews to recommend any changes to requirements
• . Document and track scope, changes, issues and risks that affect the implementation
• . Manage and plan from user requirements, development of functional specification, testing and user training
• . Work with the technical team to ensure that the requirements gathered are realistic and implementable
• . Hold regular status update meetings with team
• . Identify opportunities and suggest recommendations for system improvement

Requirement:

• . Bachelor's Degree
• . Minimum 3 5 years experience in Applications Development with .NET
• . Experience in RDBMS (SQL & MySQL) at least 3 yrs+, Oracle Good To have
• . Good To Have Experience with ETL Tools & Work Flow
• . Competency in Project Management, Analytical Problem Solving, Customer Relationships with experience
• . Impartiality - accurately reflects facts Maintains an objective & balanced view
• . Self-Driven - responds to challenging priorities with a sense of urgency and pace
• . Analysis and Support for the ad-hoc project / applications related to Business
• . Advantage to have Business Analysis experience and basic knowledge
• . Must be able to work closely with not only user but also infra support to find out the root cause and provide the solutions
