Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for SAP ERP system enhancements and customizations
- Translate business needs into functional/technical specifications
- Collaborate with developers to build efficient ABAP programs, reports & interfaces
- Perform configuration and maintenance of the SAP FICO modules
- Create and maintain documentation: functional specs, technical specs, test plans & user guides
- Identify opportunities to optimize SAP processes for greater efficiency
- Participate in system upgrades, patches, and module implementations
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues, providing prompt user support
- Stay updated with SAP best practices and emerging technologies to propose improvements
Job Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields
- Strong understanding of SAP processes and ability to interpret complex business requirements
- Min. 3 years experience supporting SAP FICO
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
- Adaptability to new SAP/IT technologies
- SAP certifications & S/4HANA experience are strong advantages
- Experience in RPA tools is a bonus
