System Analyst

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a System Analyst. The System Analyst will be responsible for conducting systems analysis, identifying and troubleshooting issues, and working on the integration and support of information technologies. The role involves analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and providing effective solutions to meet the enterprise needs. Daily tasks include facilitating communication between IT and business teams, ensuring system efficiency, and recommending improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong Systems Analysis and Analytical skills
• Experience in Information Technology, including implementation and support
• Proficient in Business Analysis and understanding business processes
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience with enterprise-level systems and technologies is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
