System Analyst

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a System Analyst. The System Analyst will be responsible for conducting systems analysis, troubleshooting issues, providing IT support, and performing business analysis. The System Analyst will work closely with different departments to understand and address their system needs, ensuring efficient operation and integration of IT systems.

• Strong Information Technology skills and troubleshooting capabilities
• Experience in Business Analysis
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience with Agile, PMI, or ITIL methodologies is a plus
