Role: System Analyst

Job Type : Contract 1 year & extendable

Location : Singapore

Exp : 5 to 8 * * (Mandarin is mandatory) * *

• Min 5 to 8 years of experience in the role of System or Business analyst in insurance domain analytical work.
• Experience with health insurance, would be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of database structure systems and data mining/mapping, transformation.
• Proven track records of successful implementation of projects
• Advocate and strong leader and experience in implementing digital solutions.
• Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines on several initiatives simultaneously
• Understand Mandarin and can speak mandarin is advantage.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Work closely with business user in business process improvement to align with business and project objectives, and bridge the gaps between business users and technical solution team.

Work closely with business users and vendors to solve process-related problems

Prepare documentation of processes, workflows or business requirements

Bridge the gaps between business and IT, you are the key person to articulate clearly the business

requirements to the technical team and technical proposition to business context.

Facilitate workshops with users, vendors such as requirement workshops, gap analysis, test planning and deployment planning.

Work closely with vendor and solution managers to ensure the right implementation of IT solution to meet the business needs.

Review and critique vendors and in-house team deliverables and offer conclusion to project

manager / delivery manager.

To write and get acceptance upon collaboration with business users on all Test Plan

Manage and perform functional testing of systems before release to business users for acceptance test.

Managing users for adhoc / urgent change requests

Support User Acceptance Test Planning & automated and manual testing
