System Analyst

System Analyst (6-month contract)

About the Company:

Our client is one of the world's top banks.

·      Role: System Analyst (6-month contract)

·      Remuneration: Up to SGD 5,500 per month

·      Location: Singapore

Key Responsibilities:

·      Analyse user requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

·      Coordinate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of business needs.

·      Design and execute test cases for trade lifecycle events and accounting processes.

·      Support SIT/UAT phases and assist in obtaining user sign-offs.

·      Document functional flows, test results, and provide post-implementation support.

·      Assist in analysing downstream systems and reporting interfaces.

Requirements:

Technical Tools:

·      SQL (data analysis), Excel, Basic Programming

·      Understanding of SDLC and Agile/Waterfall methodologies

Education:

·      Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Analytics, Finance or Economics, or a related field.

Essential:

·      You will be involved in requirements analysis, functional specification, and test case preparation.

·      You are expected to support SIT/UAT phases, ensure proper documentation, and assist in transitioning solutions to production teams.

·      You will work closely with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business, regulatory, and system integration standards.

·      You will participate in defect analysis and resolution during testing phases, ensuring traceability and alignment with business requirements.

·      You will contribute to functional documentation, test result tracking, and post-implementation reviews to support continuous improvement.
