Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day issues raised during Production Operation.
- Support Maintenance activities of the Payment System
- Interact with Application Users directly while providing support.
- Support system UAT and Post Go-Live.
- Conduct defect and release management with vendors and internal system teams.
- Design functional improvement to streamline maintainability and to launch APAC region.
- Gain deep understanding of Application from Technical and Functional aspects.
- Take up additional/new projects from time to time as and when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
- 8 years of IT experience with at least 4 years in banking software development
- 1 year experience working in any kind of Payment System.
- Experience working in Java related technologies.
- Experience with Oracle Weblogic, Linux, Oracle DB and Jenkins would be an advantage.
- Hands-on experience in software testing
- Experience in designing test scenarios and implement new or complex tests, investigating issues or gaps between actual and expected results
- Experience in Production Support and Release management.
