System Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Candidates are expected to:

a. Understand business function and analyse users requirements, make a clear scope of project, requirement and build consensus with users
b. Lead in analysis and scoping of data sourcing and functional requirements/ enhancements, functional/application design, functional specifications, discuss and obtain users agreements
c. Preparation of Functional, Non-Functional & other documents required in compliance to SDM and procure sign off from Users
d. Prepare SIT test schedule and develop test cases and conduct SIT testing
e. Arrange with users to conduct User Acceptance Test and arrange with development team to prepare necessary test environment and support functional testing
f. To ensure the design & build is in line with the standard and all deviations are clearly articulated and agreed. The scope should be from sourcing from upstream till the final report generation
g. Review the code to ensure it does not break / Lead to performance issue
h. Prepare necessary documents to facilitate and deliver the project (Release checklist, UAT results, etc.)
Analyse, develop, enhance, debug, support, maintain, test applications
The primary work comprises of requirement analysis, mapping design, technical specification, programming, code review, job scheduling, perform unit test and SIT, support UAT, deploy to production, post implementation support, and technical documentation

Key Requirements:

. At least 10 years relevant experience preferably in a Finance Institution.

Essential:

. You will typically be assigned to work on specific projects and is expected to support the Application Delivery.
. Manager (ADM) in all relevant technical matters, end-to-end, within the project.
. Depending on the project, your duties may include coding, scripting, building new systems (where necessary) and interfaces. For new system build-up, you may need to environment support during SIT/UAT.
. You are expected to ensure your work are adequately documented and transferred to the production team post-cutover.
. You will be expected to work with the senior developers and system architect in formulating technical solutions that is fit for purpose for your assigned projects. The solution will need to satisfy all security, regulatory and architectural standards.

Technical Skills:
. MSSQL, .NET, Microsoft
