System Analyst - JAVA

TheLead Systems Analyst will be responsible for driving the design, delivery, andintegration of Tokenised Deposits Platform. This includes definingrequirements for token lifecycle operations (issue, transfer, lock, redeem), on‑chain/off‑chainsettlement, programmability features, and interoperability with payments,treasury, and liquidity systems.

Thisrole partners with Payments, Technology, Architecture, Compliance, and Treasuryteams to deliver a secure, regulated, production‑grade tokenised‑depositinfrastructure that supports domestic and cross‑border settlement usecases.

Requirements:

Key Skills & Experience

• 7-12 years in payment systems analysis with experience in RFP, eMandate, Direct Debit, or similar.

• API design (REST/JSON, OpenAPI/Swagger)

  Microservices architecture

  Event‑driven patterns (Kafka or equivalent)

• State machine and sequence diagram modelling
• HA/DR and low‑latency systems
• Experience integrating with AML, fraud, entitlements and ledger systems.
• Ability to reuse and extend existing platform components and code frameworks.
