System Analyst (Java & Devops)

Job Summary

Seeking a system analyst (Java with DevOps) with strong experience in Java application development, system analysis, and enterprise application support. The role involves requirement gathering, solution design, application development, integration, and production support.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Minimum 5 years of experience in System Analysis, Java application development, and enterprise application support;
• Proven experience in designing, developing, testing, and implementing Java-based applications using Spring Framework;
• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, system integration, and service-oriented architecture;
• Hands-on experience in database design, application troubleshooting, and the complete SDLC;
• Proficient in Linux/Unix environments with Shell scripting knowledge;
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

Desired Skill-set

• Experience with BMC Helix/Remedy, DevOps practices, and enterprise application integrations will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements;
• Design, develop, test, and support Java applications;
• Build and maintain REST/SOAP integrations;
• Develop workflows and customizations on BMC Helix/Remedy;
• Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and production support;
• Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure SDLC best practices;
• Support application deployment and continuous improvements.
