Implement, maintain, and support operations of IT application in the Authority.
Gain good understanding of the system and its linkages to other systems, internally and externally.
Manages and ensures smooth operations and delivery of IT projects.
Meets and coordinates with our vendors to establish the project scope and technical requirements.
Collaborate with Business Analyst, Project Manager, and other MAS IT Teams.
Facilitates the delivery of ongoing enhancements, regular system patching and testing.
Provide documentation of processes as needed.
Requirements:
Degree with at least 5 years relevant experience in supporting and/or implementing payments and securities settlement systems.
Possesses strong project and vendor management skills and proven ability in project delivery. Strong technical skills in developing Securities systems and understanding of instruments will be an added advantage.
Proven experience in managing operations, handling of issues, and ability to work with details and time-sensitive issues.
Strong written and communication skills will be an added advantage.
Strong technical knowledge of SWIFT messaging platform.
Proficient in code development of Java language and/or .NET, SQL, design, and architectural patterns.
Good working knowledge of Oracle Database, Microsoft SQL Server and fault-tolerant infrastructure concepts.
Good decision-making skills and response to high-pressure situations.
Experience using and configuring continuous integration tools and DevOps.
Able to collaborate and work effectively with multiple teams with varying skillsets.
