System Analyst- Fircosoft

Key Responsibilities

1. Analyze and define functional and nonfunctional specifications.

2. Collaborate with business analysts to clarify requirements.

3. Ensure traceability for functional specifications to business requirements.

4. Create technical design and ensure alignment with architectural roadmap and security requirements.

5. Coordinate with developers and infrastructure teams during build, test and deployment.

6. Support production teams and participate in incident/problem management.

7. Perform impact analysis, estimation, and provide inputs for project change requests.

8. Work with test managers to review test plans and functional scope.

Requirements

Minimum 6 years of experience in application testing, development and delivery.

Experience working in fastpaced project implementation environments.

Strong communication and analytical problemsolving skills.

Experience delivering medium to large scale projects.

Experience with AntiMoney Laundering (AML) applications.

Handson experience with Fircosoft applications such as Continuity Screening and Watchlist Management (FUM, FMM, FML, FFC).

Ability to perform gap analysis and convert business requirements into technical specifications.

Strong documentation and endtoend business process analysis capability.

Experience coordinating with internal stakeholders, vendors, and project teams.

Knowledge of payment screening or financial messaging (MQ, ISO20022, SWIFT) is a plus.
