Role Overview
Provide comprehensive support for system implementation, with a primary focus on data extraction and mapping. The role will also involve assisting with other implementation activities to ensure a smooth transition from legacy systems to the new platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data extraction from existing system for migration purposes.
- Support data mapping between legacy system and the new solution.
- Collaborate with business and external consultants to validate mapping logic and ensure data integrity.
- Assist in testing and resolving issues related to data migration and system setup.
- Provide general implementation support, including configuration assistance, user acceptance testing (UAT), and coordination of project tasks.
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the project team to support successful implementation.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1-2 years of experience in IT, system implementation, or data-related roles are welcome.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Familiarity with data extraction tools, mapping techniques, or ERP systems is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Excel, or similar tools is a plus.
- Ability to learn quickly, work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
