Role Overview
Responsible for gathering business requirements, translating them into system specifications, and supporting design, development, testing, and implementation of technology solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Engage stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Prepare functional specifications and system design documentation.
- Perform gap analysis and design system workflows, data models, and integration interfaces.
- Define API specifications and data mappings.
- Act as a liaison between business and development teams to clarify requirements and manage changes.
- Prepare test scenarios and support SIT/UAT cycles and defect resolution.
- Assist in deployment, post-implementation support, and non-functional testing.
- Maintain system documentation and ensure compliance with technology and governance standards.
Skills & Requirements:-
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of Java frameworks (e.g., Spring) and integration technologies.
- Experience with SQL and database concepts.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and XML.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
