Responsibilities

Technical Specialist - Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLX) Project

. Support technical implementation of Certificate Manager (CLX) in UAT and Production environments

. Configure and validate CLX capabilities including Agentless Discovery of TLS certificates across Linux and Windows platforms

. Assist in integration with systems: MCA (Microsoft Certificate Authority), PWV (CyberArk PAM), Helix (ITSM)

. Develop scripts and automation for certificate deployment and validation

. Perform troubleshooting during discovery and renewal phases ensure compliance with security and operational standards

. Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge transfer materials for BAU teams

Requirements

. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field

. Minimum 3-5 years in infrastructure or application support with exposure to TLS/SSL certificate management

. Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix and Windows environments

. Strong understanding of PKI, TLS/SSL, keystores (JKS, PKCS12), and certificate lifecycle processes

. Familiarity with Venafi, CyberArk PAM or similar certificate management & privileged access tools

. Proficiency in scripting (Shell, PowerShell) for automation tasks

. Knowledge of ITIL processes and change management

. Experience with integration via APIs and agentless connectivity (SSH, WinRM)

. Exposure to monitoring tools (Splunk, Geneos) and ITSM platforms (Helix) is a plus
