Responsibilities
1. Requirement Analysis
- Responsible to identify and define detailed functional specification from Business users / Product & Process Owners and Tribe Coaches
- Analyze and document the to-be business and operation processes based on the agreed requirements, perform impact assessment and effort estimation
- Keep track of projects and workstreams key deliverables & deadlines
2. Quality Assurance Management
- Analyze user stories and enhancement change requests to create test scripts and test cases.
- Plan and build Test Automation for SIT/UAT/Regression Test Pack, improving efficiency, reducing manual effort, and ensuring consistent quality across releases.
- Work with offshore test team for test execution & gather test status for reporting
- Review completeness of test coverage
- Ensure that all test phases have appropriate entry / exit criteria
- Ensure retrofitting missed scenarios back to Master Test plan and SonarQube script
- Ensure critical test scenarios built in SonarQube Test Coverage
- Perform SIT test planning, design and execution of test cases
- Manage and continuously improve defect leakage ratio (SIT to UAT, UAT to Prod)
- Log, manage/follow-up with relevant stakeholders on defects till closure
- Document all test results
- Provide daily testing status update
3. Team Collaboration
- Participate in user story grooming and transitioning requirement to the developers and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements
- Assist in translating business requirements into test scenarios
- Participate in daily scrum with development team to clarify queries and resolve blockers related to requirements and scope
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge base related to agile reporting, problem management, release planning, project governance and process assurance, and resource onboarding features and processes
4. Project Management
- Assist team lead in managing project tracking, including timeline, budget and deliverables
- Prepare daily status for multiple internal and outsourced projects
Requirements:
. At least 5-6 year experience in system analysis / business analysis or software testing.
. 3-4 year experience in Agile scrum processes will be advantage
. Knowledge with IT projects life cycle in banking environment
. Have experience and ability to continue to refine current testing processes to map with the company SDM processes.
. Knowledge in using JIRA zephyr and Test Automation is advantage
. Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools
. At lease basic product knowledge on Digital banking and related technology
. Good communication skills to liaise with different stakeholders (Technical / Business users / Testing team)
. Strong analytical skills & interpersonal skills
. Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint preferred
. Working knowledge of project management tools (Jira, Confluence) will be advantage
. Able to work under stress and fast-pace environment
