Coordinate and manage obsolescence/security-related projects and assessments across GMET division
Serve as a liaison between cross-functional teams and other stakeholders (including vendors) when necessary
Monitor and track remediation efforts/budgets for obsolescence, vulnerabilities, and other security-related projects
Prepare and present regular status updates, dashboards and reports to management
Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms to maximize value and minimize risk
Collaborate with stakeholders to align vendor capabilities with business needs
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to vendor management processes
Requirements
Education:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field.
At least 6 years relevant experience preferably in a Finance Institution.

Technical skills. Has advanced MS Office knowledge like PowerPoint for presentation, Word for documentation, Excel for data analysis or computing, etc.
Documentation. Strong writing skills and presentation.
New system development. Know-how in new system development or project implementation environment.
