Job Overview / Job Description (JD)

The System Analyst will be part of the Customer Onboarding Program within Customer & Wealth Management. The role is responsible for end-to-end system analysis, translating business requirements into Functional Specifications (FS) and Technical Design Specifications (TDS) across multiple functional domains and technologies.

This role works closely with business users, vendors, developers, and testing teams to ensure secure, compliant, and high-quality delivery aligned with the bank's System Delivery Methodology (SDM).

Key Responsibilities

1. System Analysis & Design

  • Understand and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications
  • Lead end-to-end requirements gathering, solutioning, and technical design
  • Ensure system features meet business, security, reliability, and performance requirements

2. Project Delivery & Coordination

  • Assist the Technical Delivery / Development Manager in planning, tracking, and implementation
  • Support project tracking, phase control, and adherence to IT policies, standards, and procedures
  • Manage coordination between business users, vendors, and interface application teams

3. Integration & Architecture

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for interface and integration development
  • Design and support integrations using APIs, microservices, MQ, and batch interfaces
  • Prepare and maintain system architecture guides and diagrams

4. Testing & Release Management

  • Work with Testing teams to define test strategies, test plans, and test cases
  • Ensure comprehensive system testing aligned with scope, quality targets, and delivery timelines
  • Manage release and change management activities
  • Support implementation, deployment, and system cutover planning

5. Documentation & Governance

  • Prepare and maintain documentation including: SOPs System Architecture documents Functional & Technical specifications
  • Ensure documentation completeness as per Bank's SDM (System Delivery Methodology) requirements

Key Requirements

General & Functional Skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proven experience in end-to-end requirements management
  • Solid background in business process modelling and techno-functional design
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Passion for learning and continuous improvement

Technical Skills

  • Experience working in Scrum or Agile development environments
  • Strong experience in: API & microservices-based integrations MQ and batch file integrationsWeb-based enterprise applications

Domain & Value-Add Experience

  • Experience in regional CRM implementations
  • Strong banking domain knowledge, especially: Customer onboarding Credit products Retail & Corporate banking customer segments
