Job Description

  • 10+ years of experience as System Analyst/Business Analyst in banking or financial services
  • Strong expertise in Payments – SWIFT, FAST, GIRO, RTGS
  • Knowledge of ISO 20022 messaging standards
  • Experience in BRD/FRD, user stories, and functional documentation
  • Hands-on experience in payment integrations and core banking interfaces
  • Understanding of blockchain fundamentals and digital assets
  • Exposure to tokenized deposits or digital payment innovations
  • Strong stakeholder management across business and IT
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (MAS or similar)
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
