Job Responsibilities
- Gather and document requirements with business users and stakeholders
- Work with vendors to evaluate system architecture and functionality
- Ensure seamless system integration with existing platforms, covering data flow, interoperability, and performance
- Implement and monitor application security protocols to meet policies and standards
- Develop test plans and cases, oversee testing and validation of systems
- Coordinate deployment of systems and ensure stakeholder readiness
- Deliver training, workshops, and materials to improve user adoption and proficiency
- Provide ongoing user support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems
- Maintain and update systems to meet evolving project needs
- Use data analysis tools to identify trends, make recommendations, and improve systems
- Create and maintain system documentation, user manuals, and training materials
Requirements
- Strong understanding and experience in:
Agile software development methodologies and tools
Programming languages: Python, .NET, React, Java, Node.js
Microsoft SQL and open-source databases
Azure AI Studio and Azure OpenAI Service (prompt engineering, fine-tuning models, deploying AI solutions)
Web services and APIs
Business Intelligence tools (Power BI is an advantage)
Digital twin technologies (an advantage) - Positive work attitude, integrity, and self-motivation in demanding environments
