Responsibilities
- Functional specification
- Responsible to analyse and define detailed functional specifications based on the functional and non-functional requirements document
- Collaborate with Functional Business Analyst to clarify functional and non-functional requirements
- Define and ensure traceability from functional specifications to business requirements
- Technical Design
- Responsible to create technical design
- Ensure technical design adheres to architectural roadmap, Development practices and security requirements
- In case of vendor implementation: Ensure vendor resources create technical design document
- Collaborate with developers and infrastructure teams to clarify functional specification and technical design during build, test and deployment phase
- Collaborate with Production Support to establish IT operations procedures and document as part of Tech Design
- Coordinate execution of threat modelling process with assistance of Security Architect to ensure implementation of safeguards is comprehensive in accordance with threats
- Testing and Scope Management
- Clarify test findings escalated by Test Manager and classify the findings accordingly (either as a defect or change request)
- Perform impact assessment and estimation for Project Change Request

One SA to support the implementation/upgrade/maintenance of Retail Data Mart for a banking client
Mandatory experience/skills-set
- Expertise in logical and physical data modelling
- Proficient in data modelling profiling
- SQL skills and ability to work with datasets.
- Understanding of data warehousing, and data integration techniques.
Mandatory Technical skills-set
Preferred skills-set/knowledge
- Private Banking/Treasury (Fixed Income, Derivatives)
Working years
5-8 years of experience in data modelling, or data management, in the banking industry. Pay will be commensurate with experience.
