Administer and maintain VMware ESXi hosts and vCenter Server.
- Manage clusters, resource pools, virtual switches, and datastores.
- Utilize vSphere technologies including vCenter, ESXi, vMotion, DRS, and HA.
- Monitor system health dashboards in vCenter; address alerts, failures, and performance degradation.
- Troubleshoot VM resource bottlenecks (CPU, memory, disk, network).
- Provide incident resolution and technical support for Windows system-related issues.
- Conduct performance analysis and tuning for Windows servers.
- Administer Windows Failover Clusters and Always-On Clusters.
- Administer and maintain Hyper-V hosts and virtual machines.
- Configure and manage virtual switches, storage, and failover clustering.
- Monitor performance and availability of Hyper-V environments
- Collaborate with storage, networking, and backup teams for integrated infrastructure support.
- Manage control plane components and worker nodes in OpenShift clusters.
- Monitor node health and resource usage (CPU, memory, disk).
- Analyze logs using OpenShift Cluster logs, Splunk, or external logging services.
- Troubleshoot networking, deployment, and node-level issues in OpenShift.
