Key responsibilities:

Manage and optimize VMware environments, lead virtualization projects, ensure high availability and performance.

VMware vSphere administration which includes housekeeping of VMs, adding/removing of ESXi server, patching, upgrades, storage dead path fix/cleanup, troubleshooting ESXi and VM performance issues, adding/removing of cluster and/or VM capacity.

Migrating of VMs between compute or storage cluster during tech refresh or upgrades.
