The system administrator works closely with the IT team and other departments to ensure the robustness, security, and scalability of our IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the maintenance server and network infrastructure, and implement solutions to ensure high availability, performance, and security across all systems
- Assist with hardware setup (workstations, network, servers)
- Support routine system maintenance, updates, and backups
- Experiment with new technology to improve the existing process
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field
- Knowledge of operating systems (Linux) and network fundamentals
- Familiar with scripting languages like Bash or Python
- Familiar with infrastructure monitoring tools
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
