Job Description
System & Server Maintenance: Install, configure, and update operating systems (Windows, Linux) and enterprise software.
Performance Monitoring: Track CPU, memory, and network usage to prevent bottlenecks and ensure efficiency.
User & Access Management: Create and delete user accounts, assign security permissions, and enforce compliance policies.
Security & Patching: Apply critical security fixes, configure firewalls, and run anti-virus or threat scans.
Backup & Recovery: Schedule routine data backups and execute disaster recovery plans when hardware or system failures occur.
