Swim Part Time Coach - Learn To Swim

Position Overview

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Learn-to-Swim Coach to teach children aged 4-8 years old. The ideal coach has a positive attitude, patience, and the ability to inspire beginners to enjoy swimming while building strong foundational skills.

Key Responsibilities

. Teach swimming skills to students (4 years and above) using our structured curriculum.

. Conduct both group and private lessons in a fun, safe, and engaging environment.

. Track students progress and recommend termly level upgrades based on set criteria.

. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student development.

. Collaborate with fellow coaches and provide support when needed.

. Manage lesson equipment and record attendance before and after classes.

Requirements

. Certified in Learn-to-Swim (LTS) Coaching.

. Minimum 2 years of coaching experience.

. Strong understanding of young children's learning needs and behavior.

. Patient, positive, and skilled in communication.

. Ability to manage and engage classes effectively.

. Availability to work on weekends (mornings and afternoons).

. Valid certifications in First Aid, CPR + AED, and Life Saving.
