Swim Coach

Sports Schooling is expanding, and ware looking for passionate and dedicated Swimming Coaches to join our team under Swim Lab and X Lab.

About the Role

You'll play a key role in delivering our Learn-to-Swim programmes for children aged 2 and above, guiding them from their first splash in the pool to competitive squad training. With opportunities to coach across both Swim Lab and X Lab, this is a chance to develop your skills and grow with us.

What We're Looking For

• Enthusiastic coaches with a love for teaching children
• Experience in Learn-to-Swim and/or competitive squad coaching preferred
• Recognised coaching certifications an advantage (but training will be provided)
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude

Individuals who have no prior experience but are keen to be trained to be swim coaches are also welcomed to apply. Training and internship opportunities will be provided.
