We're searching for a Service Delivery Executive (Data Analytics) to be part of our diverse team of talent here at NCS!

As a Service Delivery Executive, you are responsible to act as a focal point for all support related queries and issues. You will also contribute to and support on project work as and when required.

What will you do

• Work with internal teams to understand asset management goals and data needs.
• Collect, organize, and maintain asset-related data from various sources.
• Conduct basic data analysis to identify trends and support decision-making.
• Assist in creating reports and dashboards using tools like Excel, Power BI, or other reporting platforms.
• Support the team in tracking asset performance and identifying areas for improvement.
• Help streamline data entry, extraction, and reporting processes for efficiency.
• Respond to ad-hoc data requests and provide insights to improve asset utilization.
• Maintain documentation of processes, reports, and key findings for future reference.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Strong analytical skills with an interest in using data to support asset management decisions.
• Proficiency in Excel for data organization, reporting, and basic analysis; knowledge of SQL or Power BI is a plus.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel charts) to create clear and informative reports.
• Basic understanding of data management and reporting techniques; exposure to statistical analysis is beneficial but not required.
• Good communication skills to present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• A proactive and self-motivated team player who is eager to learn and contribute.
• Any prior experience or coursework related to asset management, operations, or data analysis is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (or relevant work experience).
