Maintain the project activities and progress, planning, implementation and monitoring work schedules in accordance to the master and detailed work program (e.g., issue improvements, corrective actions, tooling upgrades).
Interface regularly with internal and external customers (FAE/TPM) on product engineering issues.
Collaborate closely with manufacturing operations, quality control, R&D team to align on priorities and implement solutions.
Responsible for all sustaining activities across business unit's product line including design enhancements and implementation at both factory and customer sites.
Collect, organize, and review all necessary documentation for project claims to ensure completeness and correctness before submission.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Organizational skills to manage projects, timelines, and resources experience.
Proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams or partners across different geographies.
Minimum of 2-3 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience.
Experiences in similar kind of project will be advantageous.
