This is a 12-months contract.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end coordination of supplier training programs, including scheduling, logistics, virtual learning administration, attendance tracking, and documentation of outcomes
- Analyze training metrics and feedback to support continuous program improvement
- Collect, manage, and report performance data, surveys, and program metrics to support supplier performance reviews
- Coordinate supplier engagement activities, including data submissions, audits, self-assessments, and Corrective Action Plan (CAP) tracking
- Facilitate regular supplier check-ins to monitor compliance progress and support completion of required actions
- Provide operational support for broader supply chain sustainability initiatives, benchmarking research, and stakeholder requests
- Maintain and streamline data management processes to improve reporting accuracy and usability
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sustainability, Natural Sciences, or a related field
- 4-6 years of experience in social compliance, responsible sourcing, supply chain labor standards, human rights, or health & safety programs
- Experience in ethical sourcing or supply chain sustainability, including supplier assessments and development
- Strong project/program management experience with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and regional initiatives
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with a collaborative and diplomatic approach
- Familiarity with supply chain codes of conduct within technology or electronics environments
