The Talent
- Degree in Engineering / Sustainability or any related studies
- At least 8 years experience in innovation project management
- Experienced with innovation frameworks and tools with project management
- Good in communication skills and proven capacity to engage stakeholders
The Job
- Proactive identify, frame, and priorities strategic pain points to meet across the organisation
- Propose an define innovative, scalable solutions with including new concepts, business models, technologies and partnership aligned with sustainability and innovation ambitions
- Create pipeline of new innovation opportunities, fostering a continuous flow of ideas and initiatives
- Manage project timelines, budgets and risks
- Align and engage all onboard internal stakeholders, external partners, suppliers, start-up and research institutions
- Financial analysis and develop business plans
- Select innovations to be developed and for those, establish clear project vision, objectives, success criteria and robust and executable roadmap
