Role Description

Develop and implement sustainability strategies and initiatives across the organization to minimize environmental impact.
Monitor and report on sustainability metrics, including carbon footprint, energy consumption, waste management, and resource efficiency.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, certifications, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) standards.
Collaborate with internal departments, suppliers, and external partners to promote sustainable practices.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and innovative sustainability projects.
Lead employee engagement and awareness programs related to sustainability goals.
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, stakeholders, and external agencies on sustainability performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in sustainability management, environmental compliance, or CSR initiatives.
Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, sustainability frameworks, and reporting standards (e.g., GRI, ISO 14001).
Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Ability to drive organizational change and promote sustainable practices.
Experience with sustainability software, data analysis tools, and reporting platforms is a plus.
