Job responsibilities

Sustainability & CSR Support

• Support the planning and coordination of sustainability and CSR initiatives across the region
• Assist in tracking participation, compiling reports, and preparing presentation materials for sustainability projects
• Conduct research on sustainability trends, employee engagement initiatives, and best practices within the luxury and retail industries
• Support internal communication and awareness campaigns relatedto sustainability initiatives
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners/vendors for CSR activities and events
• Support budget tracking, invoice coordination, and administrative follow-up
  
  

Profile

• Previous experience in sustainability events or luxury retail is advantageous
• Strong project management and execution skills
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, including ability to engage diverse counterparts inside and outside the organisation
• Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint, general comfort with digital tools and data
