Job responsibilities
Sustainability & CSR Support
- Support the planning and coordination of sustainability and CSR initiatives across the region
- Assist in tracking participation, compiling reports, and preparing presentation materials for sustainability projects
- Conduct research on sustainability trends, employee engagement initiatives, and best practices within the luxury and retail industries
- Support internal communication and awareness campaigns related to sustainability initiatives
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners/vendors for CSR activities and events
- Support budget tracking, invoice coordination, and administrative follow-up
Profile
- Previous experience in HR, events, sustainability or luxury retail is advantageous
- Strong project management and execution skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, including ability to engage diverse counterparts inside and outside the organisation
- Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint, general comfort with digital tools and data
