Sustainability Engineer

. Oversee the Green Mark certification process, ensuring project compliance with requisite criteria and standards while coordinating with BCA

. Conduct on-site energy audits to identify potential opportunities for energy conservation measures, further contributing to the reduction of energy consumption

. Performing on-site inspections and precise measurements of the building systems, including ACMV, lighting, indoor comfort systems, etc., to assess system performance and recommend enhancements

. Prepare extensive sustainability reports encompassing gap analysis and strategic recommendations to enhance building performance, while also showcasing the financial benefits of sustainable practices

. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, overseeing project timelines, deliverables, and task execution, including delegation as needed, to ensure the successful completion of projects

. Proactively engage in business development initiatives and provide essential administrative support to ensure the punctual submission of Tender/RFP/RFQ proposals, guaranteeing compliance with submission requirements

. Attended site/tender briefings and conducted surveys as needed, actively pursuing new sales opportunities through follow-up and email correspondence
