Key Responsibilities:
1. Internal Audit & Certification Management
- Lead and execute internal audits for ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environment), ISO 45001 (OH&S), and ISO 27001 (Information Security).
- Act as the primary liaison for external certification bodies to ensure successful yearly surveillance and recertification audits.
- Monitor and track non-conformities (NCs), assisting departments in developing robust corrective and preventive action plans.
2. IMS Committee & Documentation Support
- Serve as a core member of the IMS Committee, providing technical guidance on document control and process improvement.
- Assist various departments in drafting, reviewing, and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Risk Registers, and Legal Registers.
- Ensure that ground-level evidence (e.g., site photos, inspection records, and Method Statements) is systematically collected and filed.
3. Expansion of Standards & ESG Reporting
- Support the strategic implementation of new standards, specifically ISO 26001 (Social Responsibility), ISO 37001 (Anti-Bribery), and ISO 50001 (Energy Management).
- Establish a formal data collection framework for ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) Reporting to ensure all sustainability claims are backed by authentic evidence.
- Monitor energy consumption patterns and carbon footprint data across different regional sites.
4. Operational Safety & Tendering Support
- Work closely with Project Managers to ensure Method of Statements (MOS) align with ISO requirements.
- Assist the tendering team by providing necessary compliance documentation and sustainability data for project bids.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Certifications (Mandatory): Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 27001.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in EHS, Quality Assurance, or Corporate Compliance.
- Technical Skills: . Strong understanding of Singapore WSH regulations and international ISO frameworks
- -Experience in implementing Management Systems from scratch (specifically ISO 37001 or 50001 is a plus).
Proficient in technical writing (SOPs, MOS, and Audit Reports).
- Soft Skills
- High Attention to Detail: Ability to spot gaps in documentation and evidence.
Communication: Able to explain complex ISO requirements to ground-level staff in simple terms.
Organizational Skills: Capable of managing paperwork and deadlines for multiple countries and sites.
Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, Engineering, or a related field
- Candidates with a Degree in Business, Compliance, or Corporate Governance with relevant sustainability experience may also be considered
- 2-3 years of experience in Similar trade
Preferred Certifications (Advantage)
- ESG / Sustainability Certifications (e.g. GRI,ESG Reporting, Sustainability Reporting)
- ISO Certifications (e.g. ISO 14001 EnvironmentalManagement Systems, ISO 9001, ISO 45001)
- Energy or Green Building Certifications (e.g.Green Mark, LEED)
