Role Description:

The Sustainability Analyst (SEA) internship is a hybrid role based in Singapore, with a combination of on-site and work-from-home responsibilities. The intern will support sustainability initiatives by gathering and analyzing environmental, social, and governance (ESG) data related to AgroNest's agricultural solutions and operations. Day-to-day tasks include contributing to sustainability reporting, assisting in the development and tracking of corporate sustainability metrics, and conducting research on best practices in sustainable agriculture and supply chains. The role involves preparing concise summaries, presentations, and dashboards for internal stakeholders, and helping communicate sustainability performance and goals in clear, accessible formats. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sustainability considerations are integrated into projects and decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Data Analysis to interpret sustainability metrics and ESG indicators.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Corporate Sustainability practices, including exposure to sustainable agriculture, responsible supply chains, or environmental management.
• Candidates should possess skills in Sustainability Reporting, such as familiarity with common frameworks or standards and the ability to organize and present relevant data.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to create concise reports and presentations.
• Educational background in sustainability, environmental science, agriculture, business, data science, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and data visualization tools, and comfort working with both qualitative and quantitative information.
• Demonstrated interest in sustainable agriculture, climate resilience, or ESG topics, with the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, inclusive environment.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage tasks in a hybrid work setting with guidance from supervisors.
