Sushi Chef

Japanese omakase restaurant in Orchard is hiring a Sushi Chef.
Responsibilities: prepare sushi and sashimi for omakase service, fish butchery and preparation, maintain counter service standards and interact with guests, ensure food hygiene and safety, support menu preparation.
Requirements: omakase or sushi counter experience preferred, strong fish preparation, sashimi and sushi skills, responsible, high hygiene standards. Able to work 6 days, 44 hours a week.
