Conduct outbound phone calls to respondents (e.g., employees, employers, foreign workers) to complete designated MOM surveys.
Follow survey scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and data accuracy.
Record and enter responses accurately into the survey system.
Clarify questions for respondents when needed while remaining neutral and unbiased.
Manage call lists and update call outcomes (e.g., completed, rejected, unreachable).
Maintain confidentiality of all respondent information and survey results.
Meet daily/weekly call and completion targets.
Provide feedback on survey issues or respondent concerns to the supervisor.
Ensure professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.
Minimum secondary school education higher qualifications are an advantage.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
Ability to follow scripts and instructions precisely.
Good listening skills and attention to detail.
Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Prior experience in customer service, call centre, or survey interviewing is preferred but not required.
