Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound phone calls to respondents (e.g., employees, employers, foreign workers) to complete designated MOM surveys.

  • Follow survey scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and data accuracy.

  • Record and enter responses accurately into the survey system.

  • Clarify questions for respondents when needed while remaining neutral and unbiased.

  • Manage call lists and update call outcomes (e.g., completed, rejected, unreachable).

  • Maintain confidentiality of all respondent information and survey results.

  • Meet daily/weekly call and completion targets.

  • Provide feedback on survey issues or respondent concerns to the supervisor.

  • Ensure professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.

Requirements

  • Minimum secondary school education higher qualifications are an advantage.

  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.

  • Ability to follow scripts and instructions precisely.

  • Good listening skills and attention to detail.

  • Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

  • Prior experience in customer service, call centre, or survey interviewing is preferred but not required.
