Conduct pro-active surveillance through CCTV of all casino related operations to ensure the integrity of the games, the safety and security of our guests, team members and company assets are maintained.
Investigate complaints/queries in a timely manner.
Observe, record and report on all matters relating to the casino and surveillance operations.
Conduct analytical reviews related to gaming operations and document findings for management review.
Ensure the security of the gaming operations is maintained through the usage of Surveillance equipment and techniques.
Abide by the department's policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
Meet the relevant Regulatory Authority's statutory requirement of minimum 21 years of age.
Preferably with 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a similar field.
Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Full compliance with the Company's polices and SOPs at all times.
Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
