About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and technically curious Support Intern to support our infrastructure and deployment processes while also assisting in on-site troubleshooting for IT hardware. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in both DevOps and technical support in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing and responding to support-related tasks.
Help set up, configure, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for development and deployment.
Work closely with developers to automate build and release workflows.
Participate in planning and documentation for software releases and version control.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development, testing, and production environments.
Provide on-site troubleshooting for desktop computers, kiosks, and related hardware.
Assist in the configuration and management of monitoring, logging, and alerting tools.
Support cross-functional teams in DevOps initiatives and promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Document processes, procedures, and configurations to maintain an internal knowledge base.
Join team meetings, knowledge-sharing sessions, and training to grow your DevOps skills.
Qualifications
Must be residing in Singapore.
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Basic knowledge of DevOps principles, CI/CD tools, and version control systems like Git.
Interest or experience in scripting (e.g., Bash, Python) is a plus.
Familiarity with desktop and hardware troubleshooting is a strong advantage.
Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and a collaborative mindset.
