Job Description

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and technically curious Support Intern to support our infrastructure and deployment processes while also assisting in on-site troubleshooting for IT hardware. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in both DevOps and technical support in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing and responding to support-related tasks.

  • Help set up, configure, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for development and deployment.

  • Work closely with developers to automate build and release workflows.

  • Participate in planning and documentation for software releases and version control.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development, testing, and production environments.

  • Provide on-site troubleshooting for desktop computers, kiosks, and related hardware.

  • Assist in the configuration and management of monitoring, logging, and alerting tools.

  • Support cross-functional teams in DevOps initiatives and promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

  • Document processes, procedures, and configurations to maintain an internal knowledge base.

  • Join team meetings, knowledge-sharing sessions, and training to grow your DevOps skills.


Qualifications

  • Must be residing in Singapore.

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • Basic knowledge of DevOps principles, CI/CD tools, and version control systems like Git.

  • Interest or experience in scripting (e.g., Bash, Python) is a plus.

  • Familiarity with desktop and hardware troubleshooting is a strong advantage.

  • Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and a collaborative mindset.
